Amazing Chef, Amazing Place
When in New York, you should check out Dan Barber @ Blue Hill, just off Washington Square Park or make the trip out to Blue Hill at Stone Barn which is less than hour north of the city. Blue Hill at Stone Barn is a year-round working farm, educational center, and restaurant which produces much of the meat, fruits, & veg served there and the restaurant in the Village.
