This Past Weekend’s Specials

Had some great specials this past weekend. Hope to eventually get to the point of posting specials daily but, at this point, here is what we did this weekend to give you an idea:

Amuse-Bouche: Southern Spring Roll with Pulled Pork BBQ & Celery Root Slaw

From the Water: Macadamia-Crusted Tuna with Asian Slaw, Soba Noodles with Brown Sugar & Ginger, & Wasabi Aioli

Lavender-Crusted Pompano with a Roasted Butternut Squash-Goat Cheese Puree, Cider-Braised Red Cabbage & a Sage Creme Fraiche

Evening Delight: Dulce de Leche Creme Brulee
