Thursday Night 05.28

We will be closed Thursday night for a private dinner but be sure to keep us in mind for the weekend. Hopefully will be getting some nice soft shell crabs and the halibut continues to be great so expect more of it as well. Also, produce is starting to come in from the Mennonites, including strawberries, radishes, yellow squash, & zucchini.


Here’s the menu for the dinner to give you an idea of what we will be cooking tonight:

Cast Iron Skillet-Seared Filet of Beef Tenderloin, Brandy Peppercorn Sauce;

Grilled Asparagus, Lobster-Potato Hash


Herb-Crusted Halibut, Red Pepper Relish;

Sauté of Roasted Corn & Fried Okra, Tarragon Oil


Roasted Springer Mountain Airline Breast, Rubbed with Chopped Herbs & Spring Garlic, Sauce Supreme; 

Potato Gratin with Laura Chenel Goat Cheese, Braised Local Greens 


Limoncello Tiramisu
