Tonight I have been working on ideas for the After Awards Party @ the Belcourt in September and kept coming up with more stuff so I suppose this will be the bulk of our Fall ’09 Hors D’oeuvre Selections for the restaurant. Here is what I’ve come up with to tempt you:

-Mini Beef Wellingtons, Roasted Wild Mushroom Duxelle

 -Sweet & Spicy Sesame-Crusted Chicken Bites; Honey-Dijon

 -Smoked Salmon Crostini, Mascarpone, Red Onion Marmalade, Crisped Capers

 -Smoked Salmon Roulade: Mascarpone, Baby Spinach, Red Onion Marmalade

 -Summer Vegetable Roulade: Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese

 -Rotisserie Chicken Roulade: Roasted Red Bell Peppers, Baby Spinach, Caramelized Vidalia Onions, Rosemary, Mascarpone

 -Fried Green Tomato, Pimento Cheese

 -Silver Dollar Mushrooms, Andouille-Smoked Gouda Stuffing

 -Baked Brie Crostini, Apple Butter; Raisin Bread Toast

 -Roasted Wild Mushroom Crostini, Asiago, White Truffle Oil, Rosemary

 -Roasted Beef Tenderloin Crostini, Baby Arugula, Point Reyes Blue Cheese, Aged Balsamic Syrup

 -Butter Bean Hummus, Pita Chip; Pepper Jelly

 -Mini Caramelized Vidalia Onion & Goat Cheese Tarts; Aged Balsamic Syrup

 -Country Ham Biscuits; Stone-Ground Mustard-Mango, Peach Marmalade, and/or Cantaloupe Chutney

 -Pulled Pork BBQ, Served on a Blue Corn Tortilla Chip; Chipotle-Cilantro Creme Fraiche
