Beautiful Weekend!

With the warmer temperatures and beautiful weather this weekend, we were teased with what we have to look forward to in the near (hopefully very near!!) future: SPRING!! with Easter & Mother’s Day and new menus & cooking classes & other events we are starting to plan now with more to follow…


Saturday’s Features:

Amuse-Bouche: Puff Pastry, Roasted Eggplant Puree, Oven-Roasted Grape Tomato


Toasted Almond-Crusted Rainbow Trout, Warm Cherry Vinaigrette; Wilted Baby Spinach Salad, Goat Cheese, Sweet Potato Croutons

I also made a warm praline bread pudding with buttermilk sorbet after Colleen arrived Saturday morning with some buttermilk (and some amazing chocolate milk for us to drink 🙂 ), lemon curd tarts, & vanilla bean creme brulees to finish…
