Pics From Easter Brunch

Here’s a few shots from yesterday’s brunch! Ended up definitely a record-breaking day! Afterwards, some of us went to Corner Pub for some liquid refreshment & nourishment (my “Easter Brunch” was a tasty as always fried bologna sand & some cheese beans!) Afterwards, I went home & slept 15 hrs straight lol! Was a crazy week with launch of Spring menu, Easter, & everything else going on @ the restaurant.

Caramelized Banana-Nutella Stuffed-French Toast: Mascarpone, Candied Pecans, Blis Maple Syrup, Apple Wood-Smoked Bacon

 

Steak & Eggs: Cast Iron Skillet-Seared Medallions of Beef Tenderloin, Bearnaise; Eggs Your Way, Hash Brown Potato Casserole
