Mid Course

Roasted Eggplant and Asiago Rolls, Fresh Tomato-Mint Sauce, Swiss Chard

Porcini Dusted and Roasted Beef Tenderloin, Benton’s Bacon Demi Glace; Point Reyes Blue Cheese Potato Gratin, Grilled Asparagus

Roasted Springer Mountain Airline Breast with Red Bliss Potatoes, Tomatoes, & Olives, Roasted Baby Carrots, Orange Mint Glaze

Finish

Lemon Icebox Pie; Strawberry-Rhubarb Syrup
