Tonight was our monthly cigar social with hors d’oeuvres paired with red wines as this month’s featured beverage…tonight’s menu featured the following:

Laura Chenel Goat Cheese, Pink Peppercorn & Pistachio-Crusted, Sun-Dried Cherry, Rose Petal
 
Carpaccio of Beef Tenderloin; EVOO, Baby Arugula, Grana Padana, Smoked Sea Salt
