Behold…the $5,000 Burger!
Chef Hubert Keller is offering a FleurBurger5000 @ his new restaurant, Fleur, @ Mandalay Bay in Vegas! Sure that there won’t be any record numbers in sales of this item but it certainly helps to create a buzz for the new restaurant. Here’s the details:
It starts with a ‘patty’ of prime Kobe beef topped with shaved black truffles & foie gras then a ‘special sauce’ is ladled over it made with more black truffles!
The burger is then paired with a bottle of ’95 Petrus which Wine Spectator called a “genie in a bottle” and a pair of Ichendorf Brunello stemware (to keep mind you)!
And yes fries do come with it but unsure as to if you may supersize it!
