Cuban Cigar for the April Extravaganza This Week (a la Moto)

The theme for this month’s ‘Extravaganza’ @ the Club is the ‘Future’. One of the hors d’oeuvres will be Moto’s ( http://motorestaurant.com/)  interpretation of the Cuban sandwich with pork shoulder, pickled cucumber relish, & mustard, rolled in sliced bread, fried, then rolled in blanched collard green leaves, finished with a roasted red pepper puree (to represent the flame) and a sesame seed ‘ash’..
