Pizza with Tennessee prosciutto; topped with fried egg

Paul’s homemade gnocci, Benton’s bacon, green apple; cider gastrique

Bon Secour AL oysters, malted mayo, radish, sriacha

21-year old bottle of goodness being decanted!!
