Music To Your Mouth 2011

The Southern Foodways Alliance is heading to Bluffton, South Carolina to attend 2011 Music to Your Mouth Festival this November 14-20.

The Inn at Palmetto Bluff, host for the week, has rounded up the best tastes, tunes, and tonics in the South.

Besides hovering at the food tables and relaxing on the Bourbon Cruise, where will you find SFA? At the Sip N’ Screen Symposium, where John T Edge will show two SFA films by Joe York and host a discussion featuring chefs, growers, and artisans.

Following the films, joins us at the Potlikker Block Party. Rodney Scott (featured in Cut/Chop/Cook) will cook one of Emile DeFelice’s Caw Caw Creek pigs (as seen in Ride That Pig to Glory).

We hope to see you there! If you’re interested in attending, check out the Music to Your Mouth Festival website for more information.
